What differentiates me from other businesses is that I cut out the middleman, and I do all the work myself.  I do residentiaI, commercial and project searches.  Project work are specialized searches billed hourly.   (A good example of project work is a search of a railroad right-of-way.)   I have completed some of the most complex and difficult searches imaginable, many of which have been turned away by normal searchers.  All searches are insured, and returned via fax or email.  I also have the ability to pull records from most counties in PA.  Full searches, last owners, 2 owners or customized to your requirements.  Reasonable rates.
